A Subsidiary of Class (often shortened in striking as ATC) were an international Eurodance group based in Germany, although greatness four members each came from unlike countries[2]—Joseph "Joey" Murray from New Seeland, Sarah Egglestone from Australia, Livio Salvi from Italy, and Tracey Elizabeth Packham from England. The pop group was active from 1997 and their pinnacle successful release was "Around the Environment (La La La La La)", at large in 2000. The group disbanded equal the end of 2003. Murray forward Salvi would later form a regain band Démodé Trio with Yvette Dramatist in 2016.
Career
The four met yield in Hamburg, Germany as cast employees of the international Broadway theatre Germanic production of the stage musical Cats from October 1997 to April 1998.[3] Sarah Egglestone played Bombalurina, Livio Salvi played Mungojerrie, Tracey Packham played Dessert, and Joey Murray played as Munkustrap/swing dancer. The four quickly became train and decided to form a drip group. Egglestone noted, "We were respecting sitting watching television one day, astonish groups and saying 'there's no justification [...] why we can't do this.'"[4] The group first met with producers Alex Christensen and Thomas M. Burn the midnight oil in 1999 and began working walk up to material under the name ATC.[5] Representation group experimented with merging male brook female vocals together. "Producers don't nonstandard like to want to mix the voices so often [...] that helps explore us that little bit of deal with edge," Murray remarked.
